Permits and inspections
When the work requires a permit, we pull it under our license (TECL 39574) before the work starts and see the inspection through.
Working alongside the other trades
On a kitchen in Schertz, Texan Home Improvements handled the cabinetry, counters and flooring and we did the electrical. Our article on the electrical side of that kitchen covers whether the remodel needed a bigger electrical service.
How it works with us
- Tell us the job. The address, the scope and when you need us on site.
- We confirm by phone. We call to confirm the details and a time. A timing preference isn't a booked slot.
- Permit before the work. When the job or the city requires a permit, we pull it before the work starts.
- Work and inspection. We do the electrical and arrange any inspection the city requires during or after the work.
Homeowners too
Homeowners can still call us directly for their own projects. Our electrical services page lists everything we do.
